First off, I wanna share my experience I’ve had for the past 2months using the Clarisonic Mia!

Honestly, it took me months before deciding to get it even after reading many positive reviews on it! I mean… the price makes you wonder if it’s really worth it, it’s just a brush that rotates in circles afterall. I ended up getting it anyway, hoping it’ll help, so I won’t have to go for facials that often.

I’ve had pretty bad acne breakouts since my return from Australia in late 2010. PS: Apply sunblock no matter what when you’re in Australia. The sun will kill you even if you think it’s not there!

I did a chemical peel in February, my doctor said that I would still need to do a surgery afterwards and that the peel would only maintain me for 6-8weeks. I when back last month and my doctor was surprised of my recovery. It’s been 3months now, I’ve not gotten any breakouts apart from one pop that disappeared the night after I used the Clarisonic. I’ve reduced using the amount of products my doctor had given me. My prescription was suppose to be twice everyday, but I’m only using it thrice every week.

So you see how amazing this wonderful machine is? Not only had it controlled my breakouts. I’ve notice my scars getting lighter, my pores becoming smaller and my skin always feels so smooth and clean! Also I’ve realize my skin being less oily. I’ve stopped taking Oratane for awhile now so it can’t be it that’s helping me. But then again I’m not sure if it’s the clarisonic or my diet. Haha

The surgery would’ve caused me 1.5k and I’ve heard that it hurts like mad! This little brush had saved me more than a thousand bucks and alot of pain! The best part is! I only use it once every night and only for a minute! So if you ask me, I think this is the best thing I’ve ever invested on!

You know what? My boyfriend was the one that bought me those lashes. He was buying shampoo and passed by it and said it looks pretty so he got it for me! LOL. I think my makeup addiction is affecting my boy. Hahaha. His been asking me about makeup stuff recently! The other day at MAC store, the sales girl actually asked if he was the one buying the makeup or am I? Lololol. Anyway it’s kinda cute. Haha

Lastly, SHOES! Sponsored by the boy again. ^___^ He got me a pair of flats from Melissa as I’ve heard it’s really comfy and wanted one! He didn’t want me to wear flip flops all the time too.

The pretty lace heels bought during the night we watched Wicked, as my other pair was hurting me! He couldn’t bear to see me hurt. How sweet right? Kekeke

It’s been so crazy the past weeks. But that’s life, even though it hurts you can’t stop living it, no matter how much you hoped you could. I guess the only way is to STFU and live with it. Anyway, like I always say, “what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger.” There’s a reason why there’s a rainbow after every rain. PS And I’m so happy that my favorite 2 people came to Singapore to visit!

Lastly, I just dyed my hair with Liese bubble dye in Elegant Ash. I didn’t bother taking a picture because I didn’t like the color at all! :(

Black tea brown is still the best shade if you’re going for their darker tones. But I’m bored dark tones now. Changing back to light tones again! Suits me better anyway. :)

So, I found out today that Mum is SUPER obsessed with anything Japanese! I know she likes japan stuff but didn’t know she was that into it! She got so happy cause the chefs were actual Japanese ramen chefs & that is why she drag me in here too.

We tried the Hakata Ajitama Ramen, as the service staff had recommended it to be the best.

And yes, the soup base was AWESOME. & of cause the brochure says THE BEST too anyway.

Well, about this place. The restaurant is called Ramen Champion and it’s actually a place for a contest, for 6 of the best ramen chefs to battle out for your votes, to claim the title of The Ultimate Ramen Champion 2011. And according to Mum, this place will only be open for another 6months as the competition will end then. So if you wanna try it, better go soon.

Lastly, terrible tasting tea. Sorry I hate tea! But I didn’t have a choice.

We spent some time exploring duxton area after satisfying ourselves with those fluffy sugary creamy cakes, and found this cool looking book store.

There were these post cards thingy floating around the room, and I thought, I should do this to my room too! But instead of retro looking random stuff. I’ll have floating flowery, ribbony, lacey vintage stuff!

..and that moment of happy thoughts instantly ended when I remembered that my room has false ceilings and my mum being very wary of the ceiling would probably be very displeased if anything happened to the stupid fragile why-did-the-previous-owner-make-these-false-ceilings-anyway-and-oh-don’t-get-me-started-on-the-fugly-retarded-floors.

I like going book stores when I’m alone for some alone time. But Von and book stores, she gets really attracted to them and it’s not like she likes reading.. I think? She just plainly gets attracted to it! Haha!

See her happy face just pretending to touch those shelves like as if shes gonna even read them! Keke ;p

After that we headed to VivoCity to get my ‘box’ bag from tangs and luckily it’s still there, even though my sis bought it like afew months ago. I bought 2 of the same color/bag, thought sis wanted the brown one too, but she ended up not wanting it anyway cause it’s the wrong brown one. So now I’m stuck with an extra box-bag. Luckily it was only $19.90 :(

Anyway after that, we when on a.. I don’t know? Consulting session for Von? Haha I make myself sound like some expert. We when to every shop and I made her try every possible dress I thought would look good on her. After that giving her some kinda pep talk too? Haha. And I think my pep talking worked a little! I’m so proud of myself! Haha!

We bought the same pair of shorts. I finally found the perfect fitting shorts! Who said fat girls with fat thighs can’t wear denim shorts! >.< I refute that!
