Candy Doll brush sets finally in Singapore! — released yesterday.

I actually rushed down to Watsons the minute I saw their Facebook announcing that it’s available in stores! and you know what? When I was in the queue, I realized almost everyone were holding the brushes! Haha. So if you want them you better go get it now! It’s limited edition and probably be out of stock soon or maybe it’s already?

Picked up the new items by MJ too, they’re the new chapter33 items. & it’s selling like hot cakes too! PS, blood on is limited edition & I didn’t even manage to get the Majoromantica J.

The brushes look so cute! But I was a little disappointed with the colors on the handle. I expected it to be really pink, but it’s more purple than pink. The handle feels short, like as if it’s travel size but it’s not. It’s a nice grip though. The hair used isn’t as soft as told to be, my mac brushes are actually softer. But the amazing thing was… IT DID NOT SHED AT ALL! I tried pulling the hair out but nothing came off!

I love the wide brush, it picks up the perfect amount of blush for me! The point brush looks big but it’s actually quite pointed (duh! it’s called point brush for a reason) on the top and the right size for highlighting. The powder brush is great too! The angled shape makes it easier to reach corners! Which is big love for me as I’m obsessed with making my face perfectly matt! Haha. I’ve yet to try the foundation brush, it looks rather wide though, I wonder if it’s any good? I can’t wait to test BB Cream with it instead though!

Anyway, at the back of the box, they have instructions on how to use and it’s translated to english! Very handy for makeup beginners!

It’s already old news that Candy Doll released their new collection… But we didn’t get the brushes!

However! CandyDoll Singapore just announced on Facebook that they’ll be bringing in the brush set soon! Soon– as in mid-February, it’s already on it’s way here! … This is really making my heart itch! I want it now! now now now now now!

The blush set will be retailing at $44.90 with limited sets only and at selected Watsons. It’s made of 100% Goat hair which suppose to be very soft!

Bought a few new lippies, but my favorite… Candy Doll’s Lip Consealer.

Sometimes it sucks to have natural red lips. Making things worse, it always cracks! But for the first time in my life after trying a number of lipsticks… I finally have nude lips! And with the help of Vaseline, say bye bye crack lips. *happy girl*

Did some photoshop, just trying out effects. Suddenly realized, I really need to upgrade my photoshop. I’m using 7.0 when there’s CS5 already. wtflmao. All I need now is to find a student willing to get it for me…
